Bob Parr used to be one of the world's greatest superheroes (known to all as "Mr. Incredible"), saving lives and fighting evil on a daily basis. Now, 15 yrs later, he got married with another superhero, Helen, aka, Ms Elastic.. and had 3 kids...(1 girl, and 2 boys). They live as mere mortals and lead all-too-ordinary lives with their children... who go out of their way to appear "normal." With their children who go out of their way to appear "normal."
Being a clock-punching insurance man, working for those 9-5, the only thing Bob fights these days is boredom and a bulging waistline. Itching for action, the sidelined superhero gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a topsecret assignment.
He got his old suit for incredible sewed nicely and hanged into the glass cupboard, to least arouse his wife's attention.. but being a observant person, Helen managed to contact the person who help him get his sewing job done and found out more abt his assignment...

Characteristic of Helen: she's elastic.. she can stretch her hand from one end to the other... and when she jump down from plane, she can turn herself to becum a parchute..
Characteristic of their daughter, Violet..: she can turn herself invisble.. and escape from the enemies...
Characteristic of JAcK...: She can run very fast... be it on land on water... he can run on top of the sea...
Charcteristic of the baby,: he can turn into fire.. and demon... to scare his enemy away....
